The Atlanta Hawks have now earned their seventh victory of the season after defeating the Boston Celtics 110-99. The Hawks improve to 7-9 on the year. After a slow start to the season, the Hawks are beginning to hit their stride. They have now won three games in a row.
John Collins led the way for the Hawks with 20 points on 9 of 13 shooting from the field. Collins also grabbed 11 rebounds on the night. Kevin Huerter 19 points on seven of nine shooting from the field. He also grabbed five rebounds and dished out two assists.

The Celtics had a game plan to try to take the ball out of Trae Young’s hands. John Collins spoke on how he and his other teammates had to step up to form a balanced attack on the Celtics.
“If a team wants to take Ice (Young) out of the game, the other guys should be empowered to do more,” Collins said. “The game becomes easy for us. We have so many skilled guys.”
