The Los Angeles Lakers snap their four-game losing streak with a win over the Orlando Magic in Orlando. The Lakers defeated the Magic 129-110 to earn their 14th victory of the season. The Lakers now sit at 14-20 overall as they look to steady the ship until Anthony Davis returns from injury.
Russell Westbrook recorded another triple-double against the Magic. Westbrook scored 15 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, and dished out 13 assists, Lakers Head Coach spoke on Westbrook doing what needs to be done to help the team win postgame.

“An NBA lineup has to have balance,” Lakers coach Darvin Ham said. “It’s not so much: Can he start? Or are his starting days over? It’s not about that. It’s about him being able to bring a counter punch, a new extra wave off the bench. … I know it’s been hard at times, but kudos to him for doing everything that was asked of him in that role.”
Westbrook spoke on his new role off the bench this year postgame as well.
“I’m a hooper,” Westbrook said. “I can do anything, anytime, anywhere. I’ll continue to do whatever is asked of me until further notice.”
LeBron James led the way for the Lakers in Orlando. James scored 28 points on 12-for-24 shooting from the field. He knocked down 4-for-5 from the free-throw line. James also grabbed seven rebounds and dished out five assists. James spoke postgame on the Lakers’ win.

“It was a good win for us,” James said. “They’re playing extremely well. They won eight of their last nine and they beat Boston twice. We all know how great that team is.”
