Rockets guard Victor Oladipo won’t play on Wednesday night against the Hornets due to personal reasons and it’s fair to wonder if those reasons have anything to do with him being dealt before the 3 pm ET deadline on Thursday.

Oladipo is on the radar of several teams, including the Heat, though it’s unclear whether Miami prefers him or Kyle Lowry, whom they are the frontrunner for.
The Blazers are in the mix for Oladipo, Adrian Wojnarowski said during the Woj & Lowe Trade Deadline special on ESPN Wednesday. Portland could also go after Norman Powell, however, it seems like the Raptors forward is the hottest name around right now with upwards of a dozen suitors for his service. Woj added that Houston could likely expect a mid first-rounder in exchange for Oladipo.
