The Wizards are having “serious active conversations” with Kristaps Porzingis on a potential new contract extension, as Shams Charania shares on FanDuelTV.

Porzingis is eligible for a four-year extension worth upwards of $180 million.
The Wizards are all-in on the big three of Porzingis, Bradley Beal, and Kyle Kuzma. Beal is finishing up year one of his five-year, $251 million contract which he signed last offseason.
Charania notes that while Kuzma isn’t eligible for an extension (he’ll be a free agent at the end of the year), there is mutual interest between Washington and the forward in coming together on a long-term deal.
