The John Wall sweepstakes continues and several teams have been in contact with Houston about a potential trade.
The Clippers, Heat, and Pistons have had conversations with the Rockets about the point guard, Mitch Lawrence of Sirius NBA hears.
Houston is reportedly looking to “win” a Wall trade, as some within the organization feel the team took a PR hit by losing the James Harden deal.
It’s unclear what Los Angeles, Miami, or Detroit is willing to offer up in a deal.
Wall has two years and $91.7 million remaining on his contract, including a $47.4 million player option for the 2022-23 season.
