Kyle Lowry‘s name has been frequently mentioned in trade rumors over these past few weeks. However, the longtime point guard of the Toronto Raptors doesn’t seem too worried about his future.
“Everything will be fine, no matter what happens,” Lowry said.
During that same press conference, Lowry took a call from someone very important.
When Drake dials you up out of the blue, that just means you’re goated in Toronto, and how could he not be goated? He’s made six All-Star Games as a member of the Raptors and helped lead them to their first-ever NBA championship.
Lowry has most notably been linked to the Miami Heat and his hometown Philadelphia 76ers but has also recently been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski recently said on SportsCenter that Lowry and Aaron Gordon are holding up the marketplace, and once their situations are figured out, then the dominoes will start to fall.
Assuming he officially gets traded, what a ride it’s been for Lowry in Toronto. He’ll definitely have his jersey up in their rafters one day.
