The Sacramento Kings intend to waive shooting guard DaQuan Jeffries to create a roster spot, according to James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area.
Jeffries, 23, is 6-foot-5 and appeared in just 18 games this season after playing in 13 last year. He is averaging 3.8 points and 1.4 rebounds, and has shown glimpses of being a strong perimeter defender.
It remains to be seen who the Kings may sign with the open spot. You can view our entire list of available veteran free agents right here.
