The Miami Heat have now improved to a 4-5 record overall on the season. They just won back-to-back games on back-to-back nights against two Bay Area teams that they lost to last week. That homecourt is seeming to do wonders for the Heat. Thanks to Tyler Herro’s heroics the Heat defeated the Sacramento Kings 110-107. Herro knocked down the game-winning three with 1.8 seconds left on the clock to give the Heat the victory.

Tyler Herro led the way for the Heat scoring 26 points on 12-for-21 shooting from the field. Herro knocked down 2-for-6 from behind the three-point line. He also grabbed 12 rebounds on the night. Herro spoke postgame about his game-winning three and his mindset going into taking and knocking down the big shot.

Heat Coach Erik Spoelstra was happy Herro made the shot but he wanted to leave no time on the clock.
“That was a big-time shot,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “The only criticism I had was he left a couple seconds on the clock.”
Sacramento Kings Head Coach Mike Brown had some choice words regarding the game-winning three Herro hit.
“Tyler Herro’s a great player,” Kings coach Mike Brown said. “But he traveled. He traveled on the last play. I would not be doing my job if I didn’t come up here and protect my guys.”
