The Lakers are now officially seven games above .500. They defeated the Golden State Warriors on the road 118-108 at the Chase Center in San Francisco. This game was the 25th regular season game between LeBron James and Stephen Curry. They were knotted at 12 games apiece before this contest. James now holds a 13-12 lead over Curry after the Lakers’ win. The Lakers have won three games in a row. They have also won five of their last six games.

Anthony Davis led the way for the Lakers. Davis scored 36 points on 13-for-23 shooting. Davis knocked down 10-for-12 from the field. Davis grabbed 13 rebounds, including 10 offensive rebounds. He grabbed three rebounds, dished out three assists, and blocked a shot.

LeBron James had a big night as well for the Lakers. James scored 25 points on 12-for-25 shooting. James also grabbed five rebounds, dished out a game-high 12 assists, and recorded a steal. James and Davis were both clicking on all cylinders. With these two going the Lakers are hard to beat.

“Y’all about to go hoop!?”

An impressive aspect of this game is that the Lakers held Stephen Curry to zero second-half points. Curry scored 13 points for the entire game.
