The Milwaukee Bucks have now gotten themselves back to the .500 mark (4-4), blowing out the Detroit Pistons by a score of 117-89.
The win snapped a three-game losing streak and coach Mike Budenholzer said postgame that it was a must-needed win.

“We really needed this one tonight,” Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said. “We talked about setting the tone on both ends of the floor, and I thought we did that. Obviously, Giannis was a big part of that, but we saw a lot of other guys stepping up.”
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 28 points on nine of 16 shooting from the field. He hit three out of seven from the three-point line. He grabbed eight rebounds and dished out nine assists as well. Giannis knew he had to step up a bit to lead the Bucks to a much needed win. He responded sarcastically to their predicament postgame . However, he knows the Bucks need to step things up a bit.

“Thank God we won a game,” Antetokounmpo said with a grin. “I was worried we were going to start tanking for the No. 1 pick.”
