Zach Lavine will undergo offseason surgery on his left knee.
LaVine, who will be a free agent this summer, missed Game 5 of the Bulls-Bucks first-round series because of his knee and the procedure will take place in the coming weeks.

Latest on LaVine’s Free Agency
Lavine is expected to have several suitors in free agency. The Blazers have been linked to the shooting guard, as have the Lakers.
The likeness of him heading to either Western Conference team is unclear, though it’s worth noting that Damian Lillard and LaVine played together during Team USA’s Gold Medal run last offseason.
