The Wizards are planning on signing Craig Sword to a 10-day hardship exception, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Sword has been playing for the Wizards’ G-League affiliate, Capital City Go-Go, as he’s averaging 6.4 points on over 53 percent shooting in 14 games with them this season.
Montrezl Harrell has entered the league’s health and safety protocols, as seven Wizards players are now in the protocols, up from the six reported by our own Chris Crouse yesterday.
