WASHINGTON D.C. — The Wizards are down 3-0 in their series against the Sixers after their 132-103 loss on Saturday night. Coach Scott Brooks indicated that he felt his team played hard but needed to simply play better
“Making shots help. The reads on the defense, we have to be sharp with them,” Brooks told FortyEightMinutes and other media in Washington after Sunday’s practice. “…It’s the mental part that we have to clean up.”
Brooks added that the Wizards’ goal isn’t to win the series in Monday’s Game 4 but rather they just need to force a Game 5 in Philly.
“We’re not trying to win all four tomorrow night,” the coach added. “We just have to win one.”

- Brooks experimented with starting Davis Bertans in Game 3 and it’s something that he hasn’t ruled out for Game 4.
