The Sixers are trading for Thunder guard George Hill, per Shams Charania of The Athletic. It will be a three-team deal between Philadelphia, Oklahoma City, and New York that also sends Ignas Brazdeikis (from the Knicks) to the City of Brotherly Love.
The Thunder will receive Tony Bradley, and a pair of second-round picks, according to Woj. Austin Rivers will go to the Thunder as part of the deal. Terrance Ferguson, Vincent Poirier, and a 2021 second-round pick (from Philadelphia) will head to New York.
Hill has been rumored to be on Philadelphia’s radar for quite some time. The former Cavs point guard was linked to the Clippers among other teams leading up to the trade.
It’s unclear if the Hill acquisition takes Philly out of the Kyle Lowry sweepstakes, though sources told FortyEightMinutes on Wednesday that the Sixers were clearly behind the Heat for the point guard.
