Jonathan Isaac hasn’t played in over two years after tearing his ACL and suffering a setback during the rehabilitation process, though the Magic forward is taking steps toward getting back onto the court.
Isaac has begun practicing with the Lakeland Magic (the team’s G-League affiliate), according to Khobi Price of The Orlando Sentinel, who writes that this is a “significant step” for Isaac.
There remains no exact timeline for Isaac to play. How the 25-year-old responds to the 5-on-5 play with Lakeland will be a major factor in his recovery.
