The Sixers have one more game before the regular season winds down, though with it being on the second game of a back-to-back, the team’s stars could ultimately sit the Pistons matchup out.
“That’s something we’re discussing right now,” James Harden said after the win over the Pacers. “I definitely want to, but that’s up to us as a collective unit.”
Both Harden and Joel Embiid are currently listed as questionable for the Pistons contest on Sunday evening.
“I want to [play], but at the same time, it’s also a back-to-back, and we’re getting ready for the playoffs,” Embiid told the media on Saturday. “I hyperextended my knee last time against Indiana, so I’m gonna see how I feel, but I wanna play. I feel like we still need to work on whether it’s the spacing or chemistry, so whatever we can get out of these last games will be good.”
