Ben Simmons will not report for the start of training camp next week and intends to never play a game for the Sixers ever again, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
As Wojnarowski explains, the Sixers could fine Simmons and even suspend him, but Simmons appears motivated to forcing his way onto a new team anyway.
Philadelphia has yet to find a trade that they’re willing to make, but they’ve been heavily linked to Damian Lillard and Bradley Beal with Simmons going the other way shall both players formally request a trade.
