Grit & Grind
The 76ers got owned in Game 4 by the Toronto Raptors purely off of effort. When it comes to effort stats the Raptors dominated the Sixers in fastbreak points (21), rebounds(46), steals(9), and blocks(6). Pascal Siakam was locked in scoring a game-high 34 points helping the Raptors get the decisive win over Philadelphia. With Toronto not having a true superstar, the Sixers will need to come together and match their energy to get the win in Game 5 at home. With Joel Embiid playing with a torn ligament in his right thumb the Sixers as a unit need to focus on tonight’s game and not forward to their potential second-round matchup. Embiid will require surgery but he is opting to play with the pain in hopes of bringing an NBA Championship to Philadephia since 1983.

Both Tobias Harris and Tyrese Maxey needs to continue their solid play on defense and offense with Embiid playing through injury. Most importantly Doc Rivers needs to get the job done tonight, we all know about the multiply 3-1 series leads blown by Doc in the playoffs.
