The Sixers are bringing back Furkan Korkmaz, who hit free agency this summer.
The deal will be for $15 million over three seasons, Korkmaz’s agents, Mike Lindeman and Jeff Schwartz, tell Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.
There were rumors that Korkmaz was garnering interest from other teams, including the Cavaliers, though the Turkish wing ultimately decided to stay with the only NBA franchise he’s ever known.
Philadelphia has Korkmaz’s full Bird rights, meaning the signing will not tap into the team’s mid-level exception.
