The Raptors are likely to be without several contributors in Game 2 of their series against the Sixers on Monday night. Coach Nick Nurse told the media that Scottie Barnes, Gary Trent Jr., and Thaddeus Young are all doubtful to suit up.
Barnes suffered a sprained left ankle in Game 1 while Young suffered a sprained thumb. Trent is reportedly dealing with an illness (non-COVID) and it sounds like he’s unlikely to suit up as well.
The Sixers won game one by a score of 131-111, as our own Rob Parks recapped in our Key Points series.
The Sixers played with assertiveness all game long and this game was never in doubt
Tyrese Maxey led the way for the Sixers, scoring 38 points on 14-for-21 shooting from the field (including 5-for-8 from three-point land).
