The Denver Nuggets are waiving power forward Gary Clark, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Clark, 26, is 6-foot-6 and was acquired as part of the deadline deal that delivered Aaron Gordon from the Orlando Magic to Denver. Clark is expected to draw interest from “some Eastern Conference playoff teams” upon clearing waivers, Woj added.
Clark has appeared in just two games with the Nuggets and did not score. He averaged 3.4 points and 2.3 rebounds in 34 appearances with the Magic this season. The move clears a roster spot for Denver.
