Nets star Kevin Durant will miss four games as a result of the NBA’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols, as relayed by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Durant was exposed to a positive case of the novel coronavirus. He tested positive for the virus himself in May and continues to carry antibodies.
While Durant has returned to his old self after missing all of last season following Achilles surgery, things have been a little more even for the Nets — who entered Monday with a 3-3 record.
Durant is averaging 28.2 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists on the season. He will remain in quarantine for seven days, per Wojnarowski.
