The NBA has postponed the next three games for the Memphis Grizzlies in accordance with the league’s health and safety protocols.
The three games are as follows — Friday at Portland, as well as Sunday and Monday vs. Sacramento.
The Grizzlies (7-6) will not have a minimum of eight players because of COVID-19 tests and contact tracing. They currently sit in seventh place in the Western Conference.
Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas was the lone member of the team ruled out because of health/safety protocols. Clearly, that number has changed, at least in terms of contact tracing. Along with that, Justise Winslow, Jaren Jackson and Jontay Porter are all sidelined.
