The Cavaliers have waived guards Levi Randolph and guard/forward Charles Matthews, as well as point guard Matt Mooney, the team announced.
Mooney had been on a two-way contract, signed in January after he went undrafted in 2019. He appeared in four games last season, as well as 42 games with the Canton Charge. He averaged 13.1 points and 5.1 assists in the G League.
Matthews was signed to an Exhibit 10 contract late last month. He declared for the draft out of Michigan in 2019, then tore his ACL while working out for the Celtics.
Randolph has spent each of the past two seasons in training camp with the Cavs before being picked up by the Charge. He signed a two-way contract with the Cavs in January, but only lasted a week.
Randolph was the Charge’s leading scorer, averaging 16.9 points in 2019-20.
