Collin Sexton‘s name has been floating around in trade rumors over the offseason, but Cavaliers GM Koby Altman apparently has other ideas.
“We want him here long term and he wants to be here long term and we’re working through things with his representation,” Altman said. “We’ll take care of things behind closed doors.”
Sexton averaged 24.3 points on 47.5 percent shooting and 4.4 assists per game last season, which were all career-highs.
More Cavaliers Rumors

Dylan Windler‘s left knee is “feeling good” following surgery in April and he should be ready for training camp, according to Chris Fedor of cleveland.com. If healthy, Windler could give the Cavs a nice shooting boost out on the wings.
- The Cavs aren’t expected to win many games next season, but Darius Garland believes otherwise, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype writes. “Our expectations are to make the playoffs,” Garland said. “The league is very balanced this year, so it’s going to be tough, but I think we’ve got the guys and the mindset to do it.”
