The Los Angeles Lakers found their way back to the win column for the 13th time this season. The Lakers are now are 13-4 on the season. That does not only top in the Western Conference. That is good for is good for the top record in the NBA. The Lakers have also improved to 9-0 on the road.
They defeated the Chicago Bulls 101-90. However, the score was closer than it appeared. At one point the Lakers led the Bulls by 30 points. Coach Frank Vogel explained the gameplan of wanting to play through Anthony Davis. The gameplan worked to a tee.
“We want to make sure we’re playing through him as much as possible,” coach Frank Vogel said. “We have a lot of new guys on this team, so there have been times early in the season where myself and even AD has been trying to get other guys comfortable. We knew this week, the beginning of this trip, was a time to start having him be more assertive.”
