The Magic waived center Jon Teske, point guard Devin Cannady and forward Robert Franks, the team announced Saturday.
Teske, 23, is 7-foot-1 and went undrafted after four seasons at Michigan. A product of Medina (Ohio) High School, he averaged 11.6 points and 6.7 rebounds as a senior with the Wolverines. Teske shot 50.1 percent from the field for his college career.
Teske appeared in one preseason game with the Magic, pulling down four rebounds in five minutes. He originally signed with the Magic as a free agent Nov. 27.
Cannady is 6-2 and appeared in two preseason games, recording a total of six points and two rebounds. He appeared in 40 games with the Long Island Nets of the G-League last season, averaging 14.4 points and 3.9 rebounds.
Franks is 6-7 and split time last season with the G-League’s Greensboro Swarm and Stockton Kings. He averaged 17.3 points and 6.4 rebounds in a total of 36 G-League games.
Teske, Cannady and Franks are all candidates to join the Magic’s G-League affiliate in Lakeland, Fla.
Orlando’s roster now stands at 17, including two-way players Jordan Bone and Karim Mané.
