The Wizards have signed shooting guard Caleb Homesley to a multiyear contract, a move designed to allow him to become part of their offseason program.
Homseley, 24, is 6-foot-6 and went undrafted out of Liberty. “He was in training camp with us and assigned by us to the G League bubble,” the Wizards announced in a statement.
More specifically, Homesley played for the Erie BayHawks and averaged 9.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 15 G League games. The Wizards did not need to make a corresponding move.
