The Wizards have canceled today’s practice “out of an abundance of caution” after two players entered the league’s Health and Safety Protocols, per a team press release.
“I’m 100 percent confident in this, the NBA is going to do what’s right for its players,” Brooks said to the media on Monday night.
It’s not yet known which two players will out for the Wizards.
Speaking before the win over the Suns, Brooks also spoke about the difficulty of making adjustments with the COVID-19 protocols in place.
“Sometimes the art of coaching is finding different ways to get your players better and this year is odd because you can’t get your team better on the practice floor,” Brook said.
