The Trail Blazers and Celtics have been added to Rockets star James Harden‘s wish list of potential destinations, according to Kelly Iko and Sam Amick of The Athletic.
Harden has been seeking a trade since before the start of training camp. He has already been linked to the Nets, Heat, Bucks and 76ers, though it appears as if none of those teams could find a deal that works without involving a third team.
The Rockets reportedly have been keeping Harden in the loop on trade talks.
Iko and Amick followed previous reports by confirming the Rockets are talking to more teams than just those on Harden’s wish list. Since he does not have a no-trade clause in his contract, the Rockets are free to send Harden anywhere without him having the ability to veto a deal.
The Nuggets are said to be among the teams the Rockets have spoken to about a possible Harden trade.
