The Oklahoma City Thunder have now lost 12 games in a row, just two away from the franchise record. After the 122-116 to the Pacers, the Thunder now hold the fifth-best odds for the draft lottery.
Notable Thunder Performances
- Aleksej Pokusevski played the first five minutes before leaving the game and heading to the locker room. “He wasn’t feeling well. They came and told me he wasn’t going to return,” Coach Mark Daigneault said. Poku was ruled out for a non-COVID illness.
- Darius Bazley played another good game, coming just two points short of his career-high that he set on Monday. He put up a stat line of 26 points and nine rebounds in the loss to the Pacers. “He is getting to his spots, getting really good plays in there, getting to the line, he is progressing,” said Coach Daigneault.
- With Lu Dort out tonight, Svi Mykhailiuk got the start and he filled in for Dort well, scoring 20 points on 9-of-16 shooting (2-of-5 from three). Svi added nine rebounds and four assists to his stat line.
- Moses Brown scored himself his 10th double-double of the season with his 12 points and 11 rebounds. “I think we definitely took advantage of the smaller matchups. They weren’t able to box us out,” said Brown. After an impressive performance in the Thunder’s previous game against the Wizards, Kenrich Williams put up 15 points on 6-of-12 shooting (2-of-3 from three).
Pacers Key Contributors
- Caris LeVert carried a big load for the Pacers, scoring 28 points, five rebounds, and six assists.
