The Sixers are down 2-1 in their series against the Heat, though the franchise is trending in the right direction after winning Game 3 on Friday night.
As Joel Embiid & Co. look to tie the series up on Sunday Night, let’s take a look at some player props to consider:
Betting Props to Consider
Kyle Lowry Over 4.5 Assists (-126)
- Lowry returned in Game 3 and while he failed to score in the contest, he was heavily involved as a facilitator. His 10 potential assists led the Heat on Friday night and Miami’s poor shooting led to only three of them converting for an assist. With just a bit of positive regression for the Heat, Lowry should be able to cross this mark.
James Harden Over 2.5 3-Pointers Made (+120)
- Harden looked much better in Game 3 with Embiid returning and taking some of the attention away from the Sixers’ backcourt. Philadelphia went 16-for-33 from three-point range with Harden essentially the only high-volume Sixer not to experience long-range success (1-for-7). With that kind of volume, however, the former MVP should be able to get back on track and hit the over on this prop.
Joel Embiid Under 0.5 3-Pointers Made (+110)
- Embiid didn’t attempt a three in Game 3 with Doc Rivers using him largely inside the paint as a distributor and Embiid himself said saw himself as more of a decoy than an offensive threat. Perhaps part of that is how the mask he’s wearing to protect his face is impacting his vision and that could be part of the reason he didn’t get up any looks from deep in his return.
