Former Minnesota Timberwolves assistant general manager Noah Croom is a candidate to become assistant GM under Rafael Stone with the Houston Rockets, according to Emilano Carchia of Sportando.
Croom has been a player agent and specializes in mental health. He once represented former NBA guard Delonte West.
Along with that, Croom served as assistant GM of the Vancouver Grizzlies, but remained in Vancouver to start representing players when the franchise moved to Memphis.
Stone has been seeking as assistant GM for some time, in an effort to fill his old role. He moved from assistant GM to general manager following the departure of Daryl Morey, now president of basketball operations with the Philadelphia 76ers.
