The Raptors will ink Freddie Gillespie to a second 10-day deal, The Athletic’s Blake Murphy reports.
It’s possible that Gillespie has a future beyond those 10 days, Murphy adds. Toronto seems likely to sign the 23-year-old through next year with just a partial guarantee past this season.
Gillespie has had to suit up for the Raptors with Toronto dealing with several injuries. The former Baylor forward has seen action in five games for the franchise, averaging 5.8 per contest.
