The Miami Heat have made what appears to be a final trade offer for Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN.
The Heat are unwilling to include guard Tyler Herro as part of the trade, but apparently would part with guard/forward Duncan Robinson and potentially rookie big man Precious Achiuwa, as relayed by Ira Winderman of the South Florida-Sun Sentinel.
Shortly before the deadline, the Raptors were weighing the Heat’s offer, Winderman reported.
