The New Orleans Pelicans are signing guard/forward James Nunnally to a two-way contract, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Nunnally, 30, is 6-foot-7 and spent last season with Fenerbahçe of Turkey. He last played in the NBA with the Minesota Timberwolves ad Houston Rockets. Nunnally appeared in 15 total games that season, averaging right around 4.0 points per game. He has also spent time with the Atlanta Hawks and Philadelphia 76ers.
The Pelicans (24-29) are three games behind the Memphis Grizzlies for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
