The Pacers waiving guard/forward Brian Bowen to make room for center Amida Brimah, according to J. Michael of the Indianapolis Star.
FortyEightMinutes relayed earlier the Pacers’ intentions of signing Brimah to a two-way contract. Bowen is also on a two-way deal.
Bowen, 22, is 6-foot-6 and appeared in six games with the Pacers. He saw most of his action with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the G League bubble, averaging 11.9 points and 7.6 rebounds in 15 games. Bowen played high school ball at La Lumiere in La Porte, Ind.
