The Lakers will play host to the Nets on Christmas Day, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. The Knicks will also host the Hawks on December 25th.
The Nets and Lakers will definitely be the game to watch, as Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden will be going up against LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook.
There are no shortages of storylines to go around for this game, but a matchup of KD and LeBron will be sure to intrigue even the most casual basketball fan.
The Knicks vs Hawks game is also significant, as both teams could be heading into a rivalry following the Hawks’ 4-1 first-round series win over the Knicks this past postseason.
One other game that’s been announced so far is the Jazz hosting the Mavericks, according to Andrea Urban of Fox 13 News Utah. Donovan Mitchell vs Luka Doncic is a key matchup in that one.
In addition to those three games, the league announced that the Celtics will battle the Bucks and the Warriors will take on the Suns.
