The NCAA approved a plan that is targeting Nov. 25 as the target date for the tipoff of college basketball season. For the first time ever, that will take place one week after the 2020 NBA Draft — assuming, again, everything goes according to plan.
According to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports, as many as eight early-season NCAA tournaments are expected to take place in a “bubble” setting on the Disney campus, which has been hosting NBA games since late July.
