The Sixers recently got ousted out of the playoffs by the underdog Hawks in seven games, and a lot of the reason why was Ben Simmons‘s performance.
Simmons didn’t crack double-digits in scoring once in the last three games of the series, as the most shots he attempted in any one of those games is six.
Despite that, Sixers GM Daryl Morey says he still believes in the group he currently has, but will look into any moves that will improve their odds next season, according to our own Chris Crouse.
With that being said, the Sixers may look into moving Simmons in an effort to acquire another superstar or quality pieces that can better fit with the tandem of Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris.
The Blazers currently have the best odds to land Simmons in a deal, according to BetOnline.ag, but what is unknown at this point is would it be to team up with Damian Lillard, or would it help facilitate a deal to put Lillard in a better situation.
The Wizards and Spurs have the second and third-best odds, respectively.
