Let’s take a look at some of the notable inactives and injuries around the NBA heading into Thursday night.
Sixers at Raptors Notes
- OG Anunoby has been downgraded to doubtful for the Sixers’ game in Toronto. Anunoby was originally listed as questionable with his right quad contusion. Khem Birch could move into the starting lineup if he suits up.
- Matisse Thybulle won’t play in the matchup, as he’s reportedly unvaccinated, something that under Toronto’s post-January 15 mandate makes him ineligible to play.
Other Injuries to Note on Thursday
- Lakers: Los Angeles will be without LeBron James (left ankle sprain), Anthony Davis (right mid-foot sprain), and Russell Westbrook (right shoulder soreness) as they take on the Warriors tonight. The team was eliminated from the playoff picture earlier this week.

- Celtics: Jayson Tatum is out with “right patella tendinopathy” and Al Horford will rest against the Bucks. Jaylen Brown appears likely to suit up as he’s not on the injury report.
- Pelicans: Brandon Ingram is doubtful with right hamstring tightness. Jonas Valanciunas will play through his right ankle soreness, so Willy Hernangomez streamers will be disappointed.
Looking ahead to Friday
- Mitchell Robinson will miss the game against the Wizards with a non-COVID Illness. Rookie Jericho Sims will get more work with the starting lineup.
- Kyle Kuzma will miss the contest vs. the Knicks with left knee tendinitis.
