Gordon Hayward will miss at least four weeks with a right foot sprain, the Hornets announced.
Hayward suffered the ailment during the game against the Pacers on Friday.
“We had a number of guys out. We had scoring out,” coach James Borrego said after the game (via ESPN). “But this team just continues to fight and figure it out.”
Charlotte is also without LaMelo Ball, who is likely to miss the remainder of the season with a wrist injury, and Malik Monk, who has a sprained ankle.

- Domantas Sabonis will miss the Pacers-Spurs game on Saturday, marking the first time the big man has sat out this season, Pacers reporter Scott Agness relays. Malcolm Brogdon (right hip contusion) and Jeremy Lamb (right toe sprain) are both questionable.
- Rajon Rondo is expected to make his Clippers debut on Sunday against the Lakers, according to coach Ty Lue (h/t Marc Stein of The New York Times).
