It’s been somewhat quiet in regard to news about the Mavericks plans with regard to Kristaps Porzingis but rumors are beginning to circulate about a potential deal with the Raptors.
Dallas has interest in Goran Dragic, though it would likely take more than the point guard and picks to pry KP from the Mavericks.
Last year, we reported that the Wizards were eyeing a potential trade for Porzingis, though it’s unclear if the franchise still has interest at this time.
As for Dragic, the Mavericks have long had interest, nearly trading for him back in 2019 as part of the Jimmy Butler-to-Miami sign-and-trade. The club has again been linked to the point guard as part of a larger deal.
The trade deadline is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday.
