The Miami Heat won a double overtime over their in-state rival Orlando Magic, 125-119. Despite the Jimmy Butler drama the Heat are starting to mesh well together as a group. Guys are stepping up and the young guys are emerging. This is translating to W’s on the court. The Heat now hold a 23-22 record overall. They have also improved to 12-9 at home.
Tyler Herro led the way for the Heat with 30 points. He scored his 30 on 12-for-28 shooting. Herro shot 4-for-15 from the three-point line. He knocked down 2-for-3 from the free-throw line. Herro also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out 12 assists.
Bam Adebayo also stepped up big for the Heat. Adebayo scored 26 points on 10-for-15 shooting. Adebayo knocked down 6-for-8 from the free-throw line. Adebayo grabbed 10 rebounds, dished out nine assists, and recorded a steal.
