The Orlando Magic came into game 3 of this series down 2-0. The Cavaliers took care of home in the first two games. The Magic took the first step to attempt to tie this series with a 121-83 route of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Paolo Banchero has played great in his career’s first three playoff games. After earning his first playoff victory of his career, Banchero and his teammates are nowhere near satisfied. He spoke on that during his postgame interview.
“Nobody’s partying,” said Banchero, who had no turnovers in 29 minutes after committing 15 in the first two games. “We know we have to do the same thing on Saturday. We’re proud of the win tonight. It is big for this group to get your first playoff win but we want the whole series.”
Paolo Banchero led the way for the Magic. Banchero scored 31 points on 13-for-26 shooting. He knocked down 4-for-9 from the three-point line. Banchero knocked down 1-for-2 from the free-throw line. Banchero also grabbed 14 rebounds, dished out five assists, and recorded a steal.
