The Los Angeles Lakers seem to be turning things positively recently. The Lakers defeated the Atlanta Hawks 130-114. The Lakers’ cast of characters has all been stepping up since Anthony Davis went down with his foot injury. Head Coach Darvin Ham spoke postgame about his team’s resolve and their recent winning ways.
“It’s motivating them to step their games up,” Ham said. “They know I’ll put anybody out there, and if they’re playing the right way, they’ll play a significant amount of minutes.”
LeBron James returned from a non-covid-related illness against the Hawks. James scored 25 points on 10-for-19 shooting from the field. James knocked down 1-for-5 from the three-point line. He hit 4-for-6 from the free-throw line. James also grabbed seven rebounds and dished out 10 assists.
