The Washington Wizards earned their 29th victory of the season defeating the Indiana Pacers, winning 133-123.
Kristaps Porzingis made his Wizards debut and made an immediate impact. Porzingis scored 25 points on 7-for-12 shooting. He also knocked down 3-for-4 from behind the three-point line and pulled down five rebounds in 21 minutes of play. This was Porzingis’ first game playing since January 29th.

Porzingis spoke postgame about how he felt coming into the game.
“Happy to be out there with a minutes restriction,” Porzingis said. “I tried to stay calm, not to do too much, play the right way. Most importantly, we got the win.
Porzingis also spoke about how he sort of seamlessly fit in with his Wizards teammates. Also, how this enabled them to earn the win.
“Everybody was great finding me, and then Deni (Avdija) threw the lob at the end,” Porzingis said. “It was a great moment for the first game to be here in Washington, and looking forward to many more moments like that.”
Kyle Kuzma also had a big game for the Wizards. Kuzma scored 23 points on 8-for-17 shooting on the night. He shot 2-for-7 from behind the three-point line. Kuzma also grabbed five rebounds and dished out eight assists.
