The Orlando Magic earned their 15th victory in San Francisco, California against the Golden State Warriors. The Magic now are at 15-25 overall after making a 115-101 win over the Warriors. This victory was the Magic’s first victory on the Warriors’ home floor in more than 10 years. Warriors’ Head Coach Steve Kerr had high praise for the Magic postgame. He admitted that the Magic are a team on the rise.
“They took it to us all night, they were the more aggressive team,” Kerr said. “It felt like they were coming downhill at us and we just didn’t have much of a response. We couldn’t get the crowd into it, couldn’t generate much momentum so I just felt like they controlled the whole game.”
Pablo Banchero scored 25 points on 9-for-20 shooting. Banchero knocked down 4-for-9 from behind the three-point line. He also grabbed five rebounds and dished out three assists. Franz Wagner scored 24 points on 9-for-16 shooting. Wagner knocked down 3-for-7 from behind the three-point line. He also grabbed two rebounds and dished out two assists in the Magic’s win.
