The Miami Heat made a statement and showed the rest of the NBA that they are a threat again. They defeated the best team in the NBA right now, the Utah Jazz 124-116. The Heat improves to 16-17 on the season, 9-7 at home. Jimmy Butler has been playing like a man on a man on a mission lately. He scored 33 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out 8 assists. Butler reflected on the Heat victory after the game.
“I don’t want to say that we’re good yet,” Butler said. “I think we’ve got so much more to figure out. We’ve got so much more that we can be better at. Myself, anybody, I don’t want us to get complacent and think that we’re cool, we’re good. Nah, that’s not the case. We’ve got a long way to go.”
