After an action packed day in the NBA that saw a handful of trades, the Utah Jazz cap off the night with a move that would send center Derrick Favors to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The deal is still yet to be completed but it looks fairly promising that Favors is headed to the Thunder. The 11-year veteran apperaned in 68 regular season games last season for the Jazz and averaged 15.3 minutes, scoring 5.4 points shooting 63.8% from the field.
It wouldn’t be surprising for Favors to have a short stay in OKC as the team is in a full on rebuild, however with the depth at the big man position being a problem after the Al Horford-Kemba Walker trade, Favors could stay longer than expected.
